Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-29
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the PlenPilot platform and all services provided on it, such as PlenLabel (the “Services”). The Services are provided by PlenPilot (“PlenPilot”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account, ticking the acceptance box or using the Services, you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent (the “Customer”). Service-specific terms (e.g. the PlenLabel Service Terms) apply in addition and take precedence for that Service.
1. Business customers only
The Services are intended exclusively for businesses and organisations. Consumer protection legislation does not apply. The person accepting the Terms warrants that they are authorised to bind the Customer.
2. Account and security
The Customer is responsible for all activity under its account and its users, for keeping login credentials confidential and for notifying us without delay at support@plenpilot.com of any suspected unauthorised use. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
3. Customer data and ownership
The Customer retains all rights to the files, templates, product data, texts and other material it uploads or generates (“Customer Data”). The Customer grants PlenPilot a limited right to process Customer Data solely to provide, secure and support the Services. We do not sell Customer Data and do not use it to train public or third-party AI models.
The Customer warrants that it has the right to upload and use all Customer Data, that it does not infringe third-party rights (including copyright, trademarks and fonts) and that it complies with applicable law. The Customer shall indemnify PlenPilot against claims arising from Customer Data or the Customer’s use of the Services.
4. Acceptable use
The Customer may not use the Services unlawfully, attempt to access other customers’ data, reverse engineer, overload or disrupt the Services, or resell them without our written consent. We may suspend access immediately in case of breach or security risk.
5. Automated and AI-assisted output
The Services use automation and artificial intelligence. Output may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. All output is a suggestion and a working tool only. The Customer is solely responsible for reviewing, approving and using all output, including its legal, regulatory and factual correctness, before it is used, printed, published or placed on the market.
6. Fees and payment
Fees follow the price list in force at the time of order and are stated excluding VAT. Subscriptions are billed in advance per month and renew automatically until terminated. Paid fees are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice. In case of late payment we may charge statutory interest and suspend the Services.
7. Availability and changes
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may develop, change or discontinue features. The Customer is responsible for keeping its own copies of important files; the Services are not a backup service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlenPilot is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost production, recalls, reprinting costs, fines, sanctions, third-party claims, loss of data or damage to reputation, whether arising from the Services, output, errors, interruptions or otherwise.
PlenPilot’s total liability under these Terms is in all cases limited to the fees the Customer has paid for the affected Service during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Claims must be made in writing within three (3) months of the circumstance being discovered or should have been discovered, otherwise the right to claim is lost. These limitations do not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
9. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as outages at hosting, network or AI providers, cyberattacks, government action, war, pandemic, labour disputes or natural disasters.
10. Subcontractors and personal data
We may use subcontractors for hosting, storage, email and AI processing. Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on the Customer’s behalf, we act as processor and the Customer as controller, and the data processing terms in the Privacy Policy apply.
11. Term and termination
The agreement applies until terminated. The Customer may terminate at any time with effect at the end of the current billing period. We may terminate with 30 days’ notice, or immediately in case of material breach or non-payment. After termination, Customer Data may be deleted after 30 days. The Customer is responsible for exporting its data before then.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance by email or in the Services. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
13. Governing law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes shall be settled by a Swedish general court, with Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance. In case of discrepancy between language versions, the Swedish version prevails.
